Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.
To celebrate all things red beans and rice, Cajun Country Rice, Camellia Brand and Savoie’s Foods are hosting an art competition open to Louisiana students grade 5 and up — and to adults. The three categories for the competition are:

Adults (anyone 18 or over or who has completed high school)
Prize: The First Place Prize (“Prize”) for each of the three categories consist of one (1) first place price of $100 for each category, plus a bag of Cajun Country Rice and Camellia Beans, along with various items of swag, plus the cost of any associated delivery fees. The prize is equal to a total of $150 (Rice and beans valued at $25, additional swag valued at $25). Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received and the quality of entries.
The Second Place Prize for each of the three categories is $50.
The Third Place Price for each of the three categories is $25.
Entry: Participants may enter the Contest by creating a piece of art, taking and uploading two to three photographs of the artwork, starting Feb. 1, 2021, and submitting an official entry form. All entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on April 22, 2021.
Winner Selection: Winner will be selected by a panel of at least three judges after April 22, 2021, but before April 30, 2021, by the Sponsor, whose decisions on all other matters relating to the Contest and Giveaway, are final. The winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (the “Affidavit”) within 14 days as a condition to award of a prize (except where prohibited by law). Failure of a winning participant to return the Affidavit within 14 days of being notified, or disqualification of the participant for any reason, will result in forfeiture of the prize. Potential winner is subject to verification, including verification of age. If a potential winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate entrant, even if the disqualified potential winner’s name may have been publicly announced. Except where prohibited by law, in the Affidavit, the participant grants permission for the Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor’s authority to use the participant’s name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media, without territorial, time or other limitations, and without compensation. The winner will be notified via email. All information submitted by the winner is subject to verification. If the winner does not comply with the requirements for the Release, or is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and the Prize forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected from remaining eligible entries. The Prize winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, associated with the Prize, regardless of whether the Prize is used, in whole or in part.
